★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have used New Look several times including: duct cleaning, yearly dryer vent cleaning, installing my new furnace and will be using them in the next few months to install an AC unit. I keep going back to them because of the consistent professionalism and EXTREMELY positive and thorough customer service. They always come SO fast (sometimes even next day service) which is so appreciated.
Their receptionists are always upbeat, kind, positive and make the experience comfortable from the start.
Jon specifically has done a lot of the work at my house. He continually goes above and beyond in the craziest ways. He is kind, prompt, beyond thorough and is always open to answering any questions I have. He gives me additional quotes when I ask and takes the time to make the calls then and there to make sure they are accurate.
I literally can’t say enough good things about the quality of their customer service. Which is something in our society feels like isn’t as coveted as it used to be.

He took care when doing our duct cleaning and sanitization to ensure the job was done right. This is the third time in 6 years that we have had New Home Services do our duct cleaning because they are reliable and do a great job!

Have used this company for furnace and air conditioning maintenance, installing new hot water heater and maintenance on my gas fireplace.
Their technician Corey did all these jobs for me. He is the “ best” !! Very professional, explains what he has done and any issues he found. I am extremely happy with the work that he has done and feel happy and secure in my home knowing that he has taken care to ensure everything is running smoothly!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had new look come in to give us a free estimate on maintenance needed in our home. They responded within a day and were able to come out that week. Even though their prices were slightly higher than we expected, we trusted them to do a good job as they were professional, knowledgeable, kind and didn’t upsell us on anything.
Jon did the estimate and another fellow did our furnace repair. Same experience with both men, as well as their reception staff. Staff were here for a reasonable amount of time, shared all work completed and left our house clean.
Looking forward to having them in to clean our ducts as well.
