R	Ray Reuter on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Truly horrible company. Billed just shy of $700 to replace a thermocouple ($25 part retail from JC fireplace) on a gas stove. I have personally replaced these, 2 hrs tops, under an hour for a "pro"....not 5! Called and questioned the bill, very rude, lady said this model is very hard to work on, I asked if it was the 2 screws that hold it all together, so she was going to have the owner call. 2 months later no calls so called back, this time I was told it was now a "special thermocouple" that costs more and takes longer to install...and the tech had to drive to the shop to get it ($150 pick up based on hours charged). I asked to have the owner to call me again...instead sent to collections. I have never left a bad review, never been to collections and have never dealt with such a horrible company. I highly recommend you use ANYONE ELSE!

Both the original installer of our air conditioner and another company that had a look at our air conditioner told us we had no warranty on our product. Alpine did the leg work to find out that we did in fact have manufacture's warranty on our unit and had the coil covered under warranty saving us hundreds of dollars. They went above and beyond.

We're 15 mins outside of Chilliwack, so I was pretty happy with that. Price was pretty much what I was expecting and the woman that fixed my furnace was really professional - showing me exactly what was wrong, what she had to do to fix it, and the cost. Overall very happy with the service and I've recommended to a few friends.

Very professional service from Lucas, explained what was going on, friendly, helpful, a pleasure to have in my home working on my broken AC unit. Smaller company where service comes first. Darcy from Alpine was there within 20 mins and made a temporary repair to get my furnace pumping heat again that morning. They also saved me a good chunk of cash on the permanent repair once parts came in. 10/10 customer service!!

We called everywhere to see if anyone could help us out and were told that it would be 5 to 6 weeks before they could have someone out. But Kevin at Alpine Refridgeration was amazingly helpful. Even though he was too busy to come by, he assisted my husband over the phone, telling him where to buy the parts needed and how to troubleshoot. So even though they didn't directly provide their services, the customer service was by far the best! Thank you Kevin for all of your help, you saved the day!
