★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Chilliwack bottle Depot was very clean and the customers will taking care of. I came at a time where there was no wait and I can't really see there being much of a wait with all the cash in kiosks that they have.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The employee's are helpful enough, but the system is flawed. An eco centre should have a place for garbage and hazardous waste. The holes for the assorted recycling outside are too small and a person could easily slice their hand/wrist/arm on the cut metal. And there should be clear instructions of what you can/cannot put in sections, and where to dispose of thing you cannot put in said sections; especially now that the bottle deposits are completely automated systems now.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The outside recycle is absolutely disgusting! Moving some of the bins outside doesn't seem to be helping the environment as there is now tons of garbage all over the ground. The metal holes are super sharp and can easily cut someone's wrist/hand/arm (ripped my jacket). The "wood" around the hole doesn't protect anything. I will not take my recycling here anymore, I'll travel across town. The bag drop off system is the only positive from our experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I give the Chilliwack Bottle Depot 4 stars because as far as bottle recycling depots go this one is my favorite. I really love being able to just drop off my bags of bottles and have them count them for me. Its one stop shopping when I also have other recycling to dispose of at the same time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was super impressed with this location. With the new automated system it made it actually fun. I always used to go to the Sardis depot as I live nearby but after trying this one I feel ill keep coming back.
There was an attendant there who was super attentive and helpful and friendly. Awesome job whoever you were.
The location felt clean (as clean as it could be) and it was all automated.. Even my cashback.. Amazing. Will be back again

I'm impressed with the improvement even though I didn't need to use it today - I was returning empty plastic bottles which already had an excellent ticketing bar code system. I know you are trying hard to make things easier for customers, staff and the owner.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This has to be the cleanest bottle depot I've been to, most friendly and helpful staffs. Plus they made it so convenient and hassle free the empty returns with their automated system.
It's so easy and you don't even have to spend time sorting out cans, glasses etc. you can simply bring all recycling in one bag and the machine will sort them out for you.
Keep up the Great Work , Chilliwack depot !!
