★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to the willobreook return it depot. Myself and my wife counted our bags of cans at home because I had suspicion of the last time we went to drop off our bottles. I counted 100 beer cans in 1 bag which we had 2 bags in total of. Along with another bag of plastic water bottles and 1 bag of just pop bottles and 1 bag of miscellaneous. My suspicions were right they counted less about 150 cans off. Thats a significant difference Post on Facebook and a ton of people also have been ripped off

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First time using using the the express drop off and i'm super disappointed, I dropped off 3 large bags and was only credited for one bag after the 10 day waiting period,. Not only that i was credited only 5.55 from the one bag of 110 cans, Half the value. I will definitely not be using the express drop offs anymore which i thought would be convenient or using this location.

What are we supposed to do ?
No wonder people put them in black garbage bins!
My husband had them all clean and sorted!
Wrote to local MLA, but no reply!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The best recycle place is now the worst recycle place. Stand there forever using inferior machines. Then have the cash dispenser rip you off. Drop off for a fee, aka, ripping you off. Capitalism at its finest.

But we love the express drop.
And we end up with the little plush toys with the eyebrows.
I’m in and out in a flash, and the people in the lineup look jealous , lol ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I just moved into the neighborhood and thought this place was great. Came here today and I’ll never be back.
Super disappointed. Now it’s all automated and you feed a machine get .03 cents off , when your doing the work and the machine doesn’t take large bottles or boxes of wine.
Then when you go to recycle your cardboard from the cans it’s way outside! How silly. Put an bin inside for the convenience of the customer.
They no longer take glass or styrofoam either. After sorting out too large or crumpled cans you then go to another place to cash those in.
The cash out machine also paid me .05 less as it was 63 cents and gave me .60. As well as the machine not counting every return. Seriously I don’t need the empty money but it irks me that a company is ripping me off even for small amounts!
Never again will I go here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm very happy with the customer service here!! I come in frequently to drop off my cans/bottles at the express drive thru drop off. The staff are always very friendly and helpful! They need some recognition for all their hard work! I've heard they can work up to 10 hours in a day! Thank you for providing such a great experience everytime I come in! The new self serve machines are quite convenient too if you wish to take in your cans/bottles yourself. Great upgrade! ?
