M	Marnie Shoemaker on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've been going to the Fleetwood bottle depot since the day it opened. All the staff should be rewarded for there excellent customer service. I've brought in very large amounts of bottles and cans that only the driver has a place to sit and drive amongst the filled bags ? of bottles and cans. One staff member named HELEN particularily deserves to be rewarded. I try to go in when it's a little less busy, HELEN comes over and just starts to help me unload and sort. I'm amazed to ? watch her, she is so fast and really knows what she's doing. In return I bring a dozen donuts ? for the staff. They are also so very honest on there bottle counts and payouts. No matter how busy they are, they always have the time to answer your questions. I always mention to them that they should give lessons to other companies in Customer Service. HELEN, you and the rest of the staff are A-1. I hope your boss or bosses read this message because good worker's are hard to find, I hope they realize how hard you all work and how courteous and kind u all are to the customers. You are all very fast as well, there's no grass growing underfoot for HELEN and the rest of the staff at the Fleetwood Recycle Depot. Thanks staff for making my trips to your Bottle Depot more like an outing, not a chore. Marnie Shoemaker

A	Amir O. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very nice people and clean and organized recycle depot with a spacious parking which you can conveniently park your car and move your stuff with the plenty of carts they have to inside the store. I've gone here for a few years and tried other depots as well but this one is way better. The staff are friendly and helpful, although this business does not need that much of customer service. Usually, the recycle depots are smelly and messy but here one is clean and organized. If you manage to count your bottles in advance, you can skip the line, if there's any, and the payment is done very fast. Good luck guys.
