Was professional, efficient and courteous to my tenants. Really fair on his time spent there, I was very happy to have called them. Thanks again Dennis.
M	Mike Watson on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’ve used this company a couple times and liked them till this last experience. It was Friday before the long weekend. I got a leaky pipe in the hallway so I called. Lady at the desk said it would be overtime if a plumber had to come. I explained that it was a small leak and I would just catch the water and hopefully make it to Tuesday. Lady at desk said they have a plumber on call for the weekend and if I needed him he would answer Anyhow the leak got word so I needed the plumber. Called multiple times to the on duty plumber. Calls kept getting rejected. So I got my property manager to call and it was answered immediately. The on duty plumber wouldn’t come and help when we had the emergency. His exact words were. He should have paid the overtime. He made it clear he wouldn’t help because I didn’t pay the overtime rate on Friday. Ive called them and asked for there response and haven’t heard anything. This is the company you are dealing with. Or at least one of there plumbers

The technician Kevin was very professional and went above and beyond what I was expecting. He spent a few hours solving our complicated blockage and now our drains are finally clear. I highly recommend this company and I'll be using them again if need be.

They told me after 5:00pm it is overtime rates and minimum charge $213. All said and done, it was $262. for a 20 minute job. I don't know if that is the going rate, but I didn't have time to shop around. Seemed very pricy, BUT service was excellent. Very calming personal in the office and the tech, Cam, very friendly and efficient. Arrived at my house in about 20minutes. Yes I have no problem recommending them.

At New Year, when the weather set 100 year record for frigid weather & major damage was done they responded in record time. They looked after everything that could be done given the horrible weather & conditions. I was more than satisfied. The finishing touches made me feel like the storm & all the problems it created made it all worthwhile. So many things fixed that I didn't even know weren't right. I couldn't be happier.
