s	sumit singh on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I contacted Pettie's plumbing & heating and spoken with Mr. Dave he gave me the appointment between 2-4 p.m.next day to come and see the leak from our kitchen sink tap. They didn't show up nor they bother to call and let us know that they will not be able to come. I called them after 4:10p.m. and informed that nobody showed up and my wife have taken an off just to get this work done. Mr. Dave said that the person will come In next 1hr and 30 min. That was so unprofessional at their end. I called again and told Mr. Dave not to send his person at my place and he started apologising and said he will give a free service. I told him that I don't need any free service rather behave In a professional manner and respect other persons time.Then I called Valhalla plumbing and In such a short notice Tim came to fix the problem, which is commendable. I would say very professional and honest guy. Keep up the good work Tim.

They were very easy to get a hold of and any questions were answered promptly. The installation of my hot water tank was done cleanly and without issue. The plumber who was here was respectful of all COVID protocols. Was very happy with the pricing as well, I expected to pay more than I did. Highly recommend. Thanks for the work!

I left for 2 hours, came home to find the base of the tap spraying water everywhere, my garage nearly flooded. When I called them to fix their mistake, they showed up and would not take ownership of their problem, said sometimes these things happen. Told me I would be charged a 116$ emergency fee plus 70$ to repair the sink... AVOID THIS PLACE edit: yes it was my own part I had zero issues with for 13 years. You install in on a new sink and it leaks right away... I got new laundry sink for cosmetic purposes now I am left with a stripped tap and a flood.

Jeff came to the house, very friendly and thorough. He checked out all the other potential causes prior to changing out the the PRV. Excellent and knowledgeable work. I highly recommend Pettie's as they will be the plumber I will call if needed.
m	mavis Hnidy on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Took the time to explain everything and went above and beyond in communication, I am the type of person that needs to know everything and worry a lot Jeff Let me take video as he worked so I could show my boyfriend what was done. when I didn't hear the door he did not leave, he called me and waited. thanks for that as I don't think I could have waited for it to be fixed. Jeff went above and beyond in his work and was respectful. Pettie's stayed in contact with me answering all my questions and returning my calls in a timely manner . I couldn't be happier with the work done and the company it self . Their prices are very very reasonable when I compared to other companies that gouge the client. I will definitely use them again!

We were fine with this timing as the leak was minimal and easily managed by us. Saturday morning Jeff arrived on time, assessed the situation, called the city for water cutoff, went to get parts and then came back and had the job wrapped up in 30 minutes. VERY professional, the repair looks great. He did his work tidily and was very pleasant, polite and not at all intrusive. Will definitely be calling this company back if we need further plumbing work done on our older house! Update: we had another service call to replace the front hose bib that was leaking. Again the crew was impeccable, work was excellent and guys were very nice to have working in our house. Two experiences, both excellent - which to me means they have a culture of excellent and talented work within their business!
