C	Carsten Arnold on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had new tires installed and had a wheel alignment done on my Tacoma recently. The counter person was extremely helpful explaining the process and ensuring that I was satisfied. I was told that the alignment was out quite a bit but the technician had many years of experience with this and was able to fix the problem. I was also offered a mail in rebate for the tires which I did not know about when I first booked their service. After one week I returned to check that the wheel nuts were tightened correctly as they recommended. They were prompt with this service and made me a priority even though I didn't have an appointment. With the large tires on my truck I asked about the spacing between the upper control arm and the inside of the tire. I was reassured that this was normal spacing and that wheel spacers were not recommended. As I was leaving another person came out with the wheel alignment tech to assure me once again that spacing was normal and that it was good to go. In my opinion this was service above and beyond. I highly recommend OK Tire here in Chilliwack. They are professional, helpful, friendly and more than willing to go out of their way to offer you good service.

OK Tires searched for rebuilt transmission price was high only because I did not expect this type of problem, OK Tire had a loaner vehicle this was good but, when the work was done they did not clean my car inside & out. Expensive repair without courtesy to wash my car, I was disappointed. I would recommend this company to others. Mathew very professional in his follow ups as requested.

I had a slight scraping sound coming from my wheel and am heading out camping tomorrow morning with my travel trailer and thought I better get it checked out. I called three other shops before I called OK tire and couldn’t get in. OK tire literally got me in within 10 minutes. The owner was extremely friendly and made sure we were comfortable while we were seated in the waiting room, he brewed some fresh coffee and for my wife and I. Very good vibe. It turned out a I had bent axle.. pretty extreme actually. Obviously nobody wants to hear this and in the end it was expensive to fix. I don’t know too much about the actual costs of parts and labour but I did do some research after and contacted some friends that are in the industry. Andrew was very honest and fair with the prices the whole time in my opinion. The shop had replaced my axle within the same day and also I guess I would say upsold me on some rims.. which I probably would have ended up replacing at sometime anyways as they were pretty damaged. They were curbed and slightly damaging the tires. I could have probably had the one that was really damaged repaired but deal on the new rims was fair. It was a very stressful day trying to get a lot done before I head out camping tomorrow. I am so thankful that Andrew and his team were able to accommodate me and go above and beyond to help me out. I would highly recommend this shop if you don’t really know too much about the auto repair industry because they didn’t burn me and they could’ve. Thanks to all of the team at OK tire Chilliwack!

I have used OK Tire in Chilliwack several times now, and each time they never fail to please me. The staff are welcoming, and very helpful!! .......... Not knowing much about mechanics... and being extra cautious that I am fixing only what needs to be fixed..... I have complete trust with Ok Tire.... You get an estimated quote before the jobs are performed.. and if the job takes less time, Ok Tire reduces the cost of the estimate.... It has happened to me 3 times now! Very honest !!! Not to mention that they offer a courtesy car if needed... A big THANK YOU to ELI and SAM, and all of the amazing staff at OK Tire!! It's so relieving to have complete trust in a repair "family" when things go awry!

They had no problem helping me out right away with a number of questions and took the time to help while. Very helpful and kind. Highly recommend. They do quality work as well.

Front desk are helpful. The waiting area is great for me when I have my whole crew. Water, hot chocolate, toy bin and some books.

They ordered a replacement, set us up, and found us a very good deal on our recently new tires. Come Monday morning...tire delivery day...coffee was fresh and hot, reception was friendly, speed amazing, price very very good, and I wasn't left feeling like I was an inconvenience because they're busy, which they were. This is now my go-to for all my car needs. Thank you for your friendly, expedient and well-priced service.
