S	Sarah Hackzell on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We absolutely love our Kenmore/Bosch dishwasher. It works great! Premium appliances had great prices and are not pushy at all. I would give 4.5 stars if I could. The only reason being is we bought a model that had at one point been a demo model. We bought and brought the dishwasher home - and then realized it was missing some exterior hardware and screws. We could still install and use dishwasher without them - but we had to go back several times to pick up everything. I would still definitely shop here again, I would just make sure everything is included ?.

We were well pleased with our purchase, plus their service, delivery and installation when we bought our 25 cu ft KitchenAid refrigerator from Premium Appliances in Chilliwack. The store owner served us himself and his demeanor was personable, courteous, professional, and respectful. He and his assistant delivered the refrigerator as promised and were exceptionally careful when moving it through doorways. Because of Covid-19 precautions, they wore gloves and masks, and changed gloves to touch the interior of the fridge. They competently handled the installation and connected the waterline for the icemaker, and willingly relocated our original refrigerator to the basement for us. We were glad to support this relatively new, local, family-owned business, and encourage others to do likewise.

The lady behind the counter was not only polite, but extremely knowledgeable about dishwashers. There is something to be said about the classic customer service experience, and she exemplified this. The product is good, the service was great.

I have purchased at least 8 appliances from them over the years. This family-run business has the vast experience behind it to know what they're talking about . Recently i purchased whole house appliances. Even delivery drivers were extremely helpful, polite, and knowledgeable. Great experience always.

We drove out from Vancouver and were running a bit late. We called and they waited for us to arrive, on a Saturday evening!!! I cannot remember the last time i have received service like that!!! The products they carry were great quality and priced fairly. I would and will recommend this place to everyone!!!
