We thought we’d support local stores. The dryer quit before the year was out and the warranty repair took 10weeks . The repair failed the next day and we were told that’s a separate incident . Then the 2 month old washer leaked. Wagner store said they can’t help. We’re Giving up.. .who has 3 hours during work hours to sit on hold with warranty “support” only to wait 2 months for a technician . We will go buy the same appliances at Costco for less money , longer warranty and you can return them if they don’t work.

Our washing machine wasn’t worth repairing, according to our appliance repairman, so we went to Wagner’s. The salesman we dealt with was very smug, dismissive, his business etiquette was appalling, condescending and unprofessional. We left and bought another appliance at a big box store.

Rant: ok so I am a supporter of local business’s and take great pride in avoiding big box stores. In April I attended upon Wagners Appliances in Chilliwack. I purchased a new stove, dishwasher, washer and dryer. I was told there was a back order on my items and would not get them until July. I understood that due to Covid this may occur. I advised them that was fine. I provided a hefty deposit and was told the balance would come off my visa after delivery. July 7, I received my appliances and was pleased with my choices. Jump ahead to September 1, where I receive a call from “Ray” , manager at Wagners Appliances. Ray sounded like a drill sergeant asking if I was Catherine and after responding he became very aggressive and said “ you haven’t paid your bill, you owe us money”. I of course said that we didn’t owe anything and further he could tone it down a bit. He then went on to say that I hadn’t paid my full bill. It takes plenty for me to get this angry but I did. I said, “we had our delivery in July and you’re calling me now, yelling at me, accusing me of something nefarious. This is your exceptional customer service you tout on your website? I paid this bill on my visa, you have my card number and authorization.” Suddenly, Ray went quiet. I continued by saying “ this is the first time I’ve heard from you, nobody has ever called us to see how everything was working. No calls to touch base with your clients after I expressed interest in a standing freezer. So ultimately it would appear that Ray had not processed the final portion of our invoice. I then spoke to the owner of WAGNER APPLIANCES, Mark, he could not have cared less. No apologies for the error. No apology for how I was treated. Just dead air. Very disappointed WAGNER APPLIANCES IN CHILLIWACK... lol

I went to Wagner's looking for a small part for my washing machine. Asked the super nice guy there if they happened to have the part. They did! My washing machine broke down and was able to be repaired all in the same day. No need to order any parts from online or travel outside of town. Very friendly and knowledgeable. Thank you so much Wagner Appliances!

We did a complete kitchen renovation and bought most of our major appliances from Wagner. We found their prices the same or better than the major chain stores. And you can't beat the local, personal service you get from Ray and Mark. They are truly pleasant, helpful and knowledgeable individuals to work with. In the future, we will always look to Wagner first for our appliance needs. Thanks!

Bought a fridge, stove, dishwasher and microwave from Wagner’s. Staff were very helpful and knowledgeable. It is so nice to go to a store and they actually know what they are talking about. Thank you so much Ray and Mark. The man that installed the dishwasher and microwave was friendly and punctual. Thank you Amilcar . The delivery drivers were friendly and professional. Thank you for taking the old appliances. I will definitely be shopping at Wagner’s again. Thank you for everything.

I needed a part for my stove and wanted to support a local business so I called Wagner and everything was fine until I showed up to pay for the part. Upon entering the store the man there started freaking out at me for not wearing a mask. I told him I have a medical exemption and he said he didn't care and was extremely rude and told me I needed to leave. Long story short... They were going to charge me $125 for a part I ended up ordering from Amazon for$40!!!
