And - he only recommended one set of exercises to start (as opposed to a whole page of exercises that would be overwhelming and I would never do!)

I do massages for a career, and around 50% have said their chiropractors made their backs worse. I was very hesitant to even try.
I was recommended by a neighbor and friend who had significant life changing experiences happen in as little as a couple sessions.
Dr, Scott Curry takes alot of time to understand and evaluate your exact issues. He did so many helpful things, so many pressure points. He was able to figure out the exact issues.
Don't waste your time going from clinic to clinic. I tried 2 RMT's recently and they didnt do anything whatsoever to help me. I left completely annoyed and feeling ripped off.
Take your time to book with him, it will be well worth it. He has really changed my whole view on chiropractors. There are some amazing ones out there and he is one of them!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have never been to a chiropractor before. A friend recommended me to Optimum as I was experiencing some upper back pain. I saw Dr Magowan. 2 words...Wow...Magical. He was super professional and explained every step I would experience as a new chiropractor client. Super happy with my results. The whole experience makes me want to live a healthier lifestyle. Their clinic is a beauty and all the staff I encountered were positive and friendly. Super happy with my visit. Definitely will be going back!!!

Her knowledge of my shoulder injury, patience and caring nature to explain it with pictures on her iPad gave me a complete understanding of the objective of getting my range of motion and strength back. If your lucky enough to be fit into her busy schedule, you will be treated to the best care available.
