★ ★ ★ ★ ★ as a developer that deals with rental units and property mangers from all over bc this is hands down the worst "management" company around. unprofessional, illegal property checks, cash greedy, doesn't care about the client or the tenant. we are dropping them on 10 of our property's and out partners and investors are following suit

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was worried about dealing with them because of my experiences with Homelife, but they are at the other end of the spectrum. They call you back, they make it a point to follow up with you. And I'm a renter, so I often get treated poorly by some of these companies, but not this one. They are super friendly, all of them. They will make sure that you know what's going on. They wont just ignore your calls and emails like others in town. I can't say enough good things about the staff at this company. I am so impressed. I've been so stressed out with trying to find a place, running out of time and maybe end up homeless, and although they only have 1 place even close to my price range, just being treated better has helped me feel better about my situation. Now I know not all property managers treat people badly. I recommend them to everyone. They go above and beyond expectations. I truly thank them for being such a pleasure to deal with.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'd give zero stars if I could. Every time I've tried to use them, I confirm my viewing and ten minutes later, it's cancelled. This is the third time this has happened. I've now lost a full day of work because of this company and I'm sorry, but that's unacceptable. Don't bother calling, they always seem to be closed.

If you need something fixed they take months to do it. It is bad when I have to tell the owner what needs fixing. Why the landlord pays them I don't know
