s	steven s on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had always thought it was a party supply store. As it turns out its one of the most well equipped hardware stores ive been to in chilliwack. Super cool gear, good prices and extremely friendly workers.
P	Poppy Freund on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Maybe these guys carry good products, but my customer service experience was probably the worst I’ve ever had. I brought an electric mower into repair on the recommendation of EGO and had to drive from Abbotsford. They took it, I gave them a copy of the receipt and they said they would send me the updated status once they got word from the EGO. First, no email response, then after I call them it was a different person saying “warranty repair takes at least 1-2 weeks so...” So I call a week or so later to check. This is now the weekend and different staff who says “the warranty guy works during the week so I don’t know the status” So I call during the week and they say, “it’s on the bench and the guy is probably waiting for a part, the parts come from Ontario so it takes a while...” I wait again because I’m on vacation a week anyway, and so I call when I return. “Still waiting on the part” It is 4 weeks now so I call EGO and they call Al’s Supply House. EGO then proceeds to tell me “they actually aren’t a warranty service repair and sent it to another place to fix” Definite problem with EGO but they will make it up to me by giving me a new mower. Al’s Supply House will make it up by reading this and dealing with people better. Seriously, if you don’t fix these mowers, don’t jerk someone around for 4 weeks giving the impression you do.

They have a fair shop rate for fixing small engines as well. Friendly staff and they sell above average quality products. Another great locally owned business.

I'd come in earlier today and gotten a few bolts, and came in at 4:55 because I needed a few a little longer. These bolts were the last things keeping me from completing a huge project. They sent me away and told me to come back in the morning. I needed 30 seconds to get what I needed, and they sent me away, expecting me to happily come back in the morning. We're not. Ever. Ever.
