โ โ โ โ โ I was given an anti vaccination lecture by the clerk after revealing that my son had autism. Even when presented with factual medical information, he insisted that every kid he ever saw get vaccinated ended up with autism, and therefore will never vaccinate his kids. I left the store quite angry, and cried my way out of the parking lot. After shopping there for 16 years will never, ever return. Please boycott this store until this employee's life threatening theories are no longer forced upon the public. He insisted on maintaining his uneducated opinion even after I made it clear I fundamentally disagreed with his position and had substantially more medical information than he did. I felt like I was being bullied into a moral position that I feel can potentially be medically life-threatening. I'd rate negative 5 stars if I could, but the post button wouldn't activate without at least one star. Incredibly cruel treatment by someone who has served me for years.

โ โ โ โ โ I got gas there last night and cause I'm Status gave the cashier my status card and RBC Visa card as their policy prior to filling up...
I went back to pay for my gas and the cashier mistakenly gave my status and visa card to someone else that was already paid and left..
I'm standing there in disbelief and very quite not happy.. i waited around for abit incase this other person realized he was given the wrong cards but to no avail and couldn't stay long cause I was heading back home which is 1.5 hours away
I'm very dissapointed as I now have had to cancel my Visa so no Visa for at least 2 weeks til my replacementcard is sent and I'm without a Status Card and to get a replacement is no easy task as I have to travel to Vancouver to do this and cause of Covid their offices are not open and when they do will be quite backed up for sometime...
I still have not heard back from this store as if this morning...

โ โ โ โ โ I usually get my gas here, the car wash kind of works most of the time and the gas doesn't screw up my car. I pay at the pump so I don't have to have any interaction with the staff and that works just fine.

I go there. I try to avoid it but this shell is right beside my work. I was speaking with my other colleagues today about it and they agreed that they wonโt go to this Shell Gas station because she is rude. Always seems that you are an inconvenience. Letโs out a loud sigh if you even ask if you can pay because she is always in the back. I asked if I actually got airmliles in a simple purchase of windshield washer fluid. She seemed disgusted in me that I would ask. โ I KNOW HOW TO DO MY JOBโ she said with a nasty tone.

โ โ โ โ โ I attended this station at 8:40 pm on a Saturday evening. I purchased 86.00 worth of fuel and then went into the station in order to use the washroom.
The Indo/Canadian male advised that the washroom was not open. I asked again to use the washroom and he again stated "washroom closed" No reason just a rude arrogant clown hiding behind the glass enclosure. I asked as to why he would not allow me to use the facilities and he said " It is after 8:00 pm". There was no use in discussing anything with this clerk so I left the building.
I will not be back. I would ask that others also boycott this station.
I have used Shell products for 25+ years. First time I have ever been treated so shabbily.
