★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Probably the Best location in Ontario, Live in Thorold and always go here after moving from Brampton 2 years ago. The staff is always friendly, organized and professional. Went into today for Registration and plates. Took less than 15 mins and the agent renewed my Drivers license and health card in the process. Thank you

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Definitely the worst service Ontario in Niagara to deal with. They make people stand outside in the snow or rain to write on paper and clipboards to fill out information… age, gender or physical ability… it doesn’t matter. Meanwhile there’s tables inside to fill out all the information.
They give you the wrong information a lot of the time. They clearly don’t know the requirements for drivers license renewals, requirements of off road plates etc. Most of the workers there appear to hate working there and make the public know.
The only good experience was going back in there and getting my money back after I had to call Service Ontario head office and tell the manager about my experience. The smug look on the woman's face behind the counter giving me my money back was more than satisfying to me.
