★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Your backlog has depressed every applicant who is still waiting for ppr of their applications on study basis. To accumulate a big backlog shows your irresponsibility towards your duty to the country. Who were responsible for this pending backlog are ircc emplyees but who are paying for a huge backlog are students and their parents. We are also employees, but our responsibility was even increased towards public during covid. We worked in offices during covid without any leaves.

This country is 2. world still - this is just another example for it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ IRCC is very difficult to work with. Difficult to reach them. Impossibl! What would people do when they have to apply PR because you are here as a spouse of your Canadian husband and a mother of Canadian child but on a Visitor Visa for 18 months, due to the history of living in 5 different foreign countries for studying and working. I have NO criminal record anyway, and I have been married to my Canadian husband for 23 years. And yet, Canada is so inconsiderate and unfair for Canadian spouse who have been married for decades!!! They only like to tax me as a spouse. As Canada is taxing me worldwide, Canada should treat me as a SPOUSE. Such a double standing unfair policy!!! Canada could give spouses who are married for over 20 years temporary SPOUSE visa to cover my health insurance and work permit as we enter like other countries. But, No!!! Canada treats me as a complete foreigner but just collect tax money from me as a Canadian's spouse. Very unhappy!!! Very unfair!!! Double standing immigration policy. Before you help other nationals, take care of your own citizens's spouses!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My initial PR Card took 6 months to be sent to me. My spouse has been waiting more than 8 months and it has still not been sent!!!! This is outrageous. Our correspondence from IRCC's own agents has said that "these cards are always urgent as they are so important" - and yet, no card. This has been very stressful and depressing, and the process is still not over for us yet.
