★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Why during a pandemic does Transport Canada make passengers leave their vehicle where the chance of contracting and spreading a potentially lethal disease to many that totally out weighs the odds of a fire or sinking of a BC Ferry. Figure out your risk assessment!

In the past the thought of visiting TC was akin to thoughts of visiting your dentist for a root canal.... but I am happy to say that my recent experience was exceptionally good. Everything whas done 'virtually', effectively, efficiently and with pleasant /friendly demeanor. Bravo Zulu TC??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Incredibly inefficient, irresponsible in processing any paperworks, I been waiting for 5 months for my medical exam result to be processed and still no reply. They never answer to emails, telephone numbers that the agent gave me to contact is ‘unregistered’, the other one just continued beeping as if there is an error. I’m not the only one going through this, there are hundreds. I even heard some people’s case which they had to wait for a YEAR.
Honestly, people in the office should know that they are putting shame on this country. Please do your job if you’re getting paid by government money.
