Birchwood Honda West’s newly updated dealership offers a spacious sales showroom where customers are able to view the entire Honda vehicle line-up with the assistance and guidance of our experience product specialist sales professionals. The parts department stocks an extensive line of products like tires and Honda Accessories designed specifically for each Honda Model. The Service department features a spacious drive-up area and service bays where our team of Honda Trained technicians, with over 100 years of experience, is able to perform everything from regular maintenance to specific vehicle repairs.
It’s an honor and privilege to have such a fantastic team that works together to deliver a unique customer experience to our clients from Winnipeg and surrounding areas.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ DO NOT GO TO BIRCHWOOD HONDA WEST - I leased a 2022 Civic and it has less than 11K KM on it and the check engine light came on this morning. I was told when i leased that if there was any services that needs to be performed on the car that they would give me a loaner car while they fixed it.
Well today i am told that i can drop it off and Uber around the city while they try to figure out whats wrong and hopefully its nothing major because if it is ill have to take Uber everywhere.... UMMM WHAT?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ NO STARS!!!!! They never returned my call. My car was experiencing a system shut down. 10 warnings all at once, wouldn't drive properly. I called to talk to service rep and it went straight to voice-mail I left a message. They never returned my call. Called again and went to voice-mail. It didn't bother leaving another message. Won't continue to contact them. Only getting one because it won't let me post without it.
