This lack of repect for customers time and money and disorganization had me leaving angry and frustrated. I am losing money taking time away from my job

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had to order an odd sized tire (not rare by any means) and what they claimed would be 3 days, took over 10. Then they tell me it's an extra $15.00 to bring it in from outside the city (they didn't bother telling me this when I called) and then another $35.00 to put it on the rim.
Nice of them to make sure I knew all the costs up front huh? But when it's mounted and on your vehicle, it's too goddam late.
In short; I'll never buy a tire from these shysters ever again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Brought new to me F150 in for Synthetic Oil change. Was told normally 30 minutes but a little backed up, maybe 45 tops. Sat for almost an hour and a half waiting for oil change. Paid almost $150 and stated vehicle was checked and all good to go, no leaks, all good. Got home noticed headlight out, power steering leak. Not a great first impression but service lady i dealt with was apologetic and excellent. Lost out on extra easy money and service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is suppose to be quick lane oil changes. First 2 times I made an appointment and it still took half a day to complete. Third time I tried a walk in. I walked inside, was ignored by a lady who sat in the desk in the corner, the attendant finally arrived after 8 minutes. To inform me they are “booked” The shop looked empty and no one was waiting.
Do your self a favour go some where else for an oil change
