A	Alicia Johnson on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ for the most part my experience at domo has been okay until my friend put in $10.00 gas and wasn’t asked if he wanted a receipt and they charged him $100.00. it was clearly an honest mistake but the kids they’re hiring should be taught to do a double take before having people pay. will not be coming back here if the problem isn’t fixed & the money isn’t returned.
R	Relax with Aay on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very Good location infact over other domo locations. Even if they get busy there is lots of room for other cars. Prices for gas goes down mon and thur 5 cents per ltr. Customer service is ok not bad till date. The other concern is over other pumps domo has less pumps I believe

After I told the jockey I didn't have tap on my bank card to pay for it that I would need to physically insert my card...I watched him go back into the kiosk and he proceeded to shake my son's pop vigorously. Completely unacceptable. I went in and called him out on it. Then he and his co-workers started speaking another language and laughing about it. I hope it made his day trying to make mine and my 5 year old sons day worse. Good luck in life with that kind of disrespect for the general public... d-bag

I told her this is canada everyone is allowed to speak
a	aymane mahli on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This gas station is a scam.. they're asking people to pay cash pretty often without giving a reason. Customer service is also awful, I walked in to their store one time and the cashier asked me to step outside immediately as he was having a conversation in his language with a friend, asking me to wait in a rude tone and manner. Great way to treat your customers Domo!

I waited approximately 3 minutes before I went looking for the employee who was inside having a discussion with a fellow employee, with complete disregard for my time. I gave him a dirty look and told him to come out and fill my tank up. He was a Pakistani kid and he seemed bothered by me and walked towards my car nonchalantly and proceeded to fill the tank, making no eye contact whatsoever as I was staring him down. While I was waiting for the tank to be filled I took out my brush and brushed the snow off of my headlights and license plate since it had snowed heavily the night before. "Don't do that" he yells at me. "Don't do what?" I yell back. "remove the snow, now I will have to shovel". Hahahahahahahahaha...not sure what work ethic and customer service standards they have in Pakistan, but you're in Canada now bud. It is your job to shovel, it is your job to treat customers with respect and if you were a good employee, you'd offer to do it yourself...you know, for a tip. I see from the comments here that a number of people have had a problem with this specific employee, this is not a shocker. I look forward to my next contact with him, it will be a very interesting and educational experience for him, this I guarantee. I very much look forward to it indeed.
