★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Carter's is a great place for finding a wide variety of clothing,some shoes and accessories for babies and toddlers. Girls, boys and gender neutral options available. You pay more here but their selection is far greater than anyone else. My only complaint is the aisles are narrow.

We waited in line with a toddler, only to be asked when it was our true that the person behind us could go ahead because we had a return and it would make it easier for the cashier. Note - The person behind us had no babies or toddlers for reference. For some reason she assumed myself and wife were different transactions (unsure why). Customer service should be about the customers and not the other way around. This is the 2nd time attending this location and the 2nd time the experience was unsatisfactory. Most likely, we will not be attending this location in the near future.
