See, what he didn't know was that I was not feeling great that day and just needed to pick up size 8 sorel boots for my son. He helped check the back and was prompt. 10/10. He is a great sales associate and will def go back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to the store with my friend to look around, intending to purchase a gift for my mother. An employee by the name of Linda was following us around the entire time, almost to the point of being shoulder to shoulder. She would've bumped into me if I had stopped walking at any point.
Don't shop here if you want to be treated like a theif.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The service is horribly slow. Three minutes to check out one person with one pair of shoes. Largely due to how hard they push signing up with an email and phone number. Typically 3 asks. They go as far as to say you have no support from the store if you don't sign up, despite their return policy.
The store was absolutely packed - nobody making any effort to ensure covid precautions were being followed. To be fair, there were hardly any staff, so there wasn't much they could do. Shame on management for not staffing appropriately.
Ended up finding suitable shoes, the selection is reasonable

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They have a wide selection of brands. I like Cole Hann which they have. However, I have not found any deals that pushed me to purchase. I've visited twice but these types of places are hit and miss when deal hunting due to ever changing stock.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Spent $100 on a pair of Nunn Bush Slip Resistant soled black leather work shoes. Absolute worst pair of shoes I have ever worn. Leather material on the tops of the shoes peeled off shortly after I purchased them. Shoes scuff very easily and look like hell. Poor workmanship and quality. Very disappointed in the condition and longevity of these shoes. I work in the Quick Service Restaurant business and I am on my feet all day long. These shoes were not built for quality or durability. BRUTAL !!!! Never again will I ever purchase Nunn Bush products. Give me back my Skechers any day.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wow, wow wow. I have never been here before. So many shoes. Cant imagine going to this store and not coming out with a pair of shoes. I have an allergy to leather so it was really appreciated the extra effort they went to the signage of vegan or leather on the description cards. I found two pairs of shies. So happy.
