★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was shopping with my daughter when we saw a thief leave the store with a whole load of clothes. The staff just watched him leave! Meanwhile I have to pay for an 80 dollar hoodie for my grandson full price. Absurd.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ adidas at outlet very rude staff, closed 3 minutes before 7 on sunday dec 12, i had my items on hold at checkout already, just needed to pay, it would have taken 30 seconds, i work myself at a retail store, technically customers are allowed to come in even one minute before closing, I think they can be little cooperative

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Will not recommend this store. Employee refused to honor the price on the tag saying it is not correct when there's clearly a tag attached to the product. Tag says $34.99 and he wants me to pay $71 something because that product was from a previous promotion and they forgot to remove the old sticker. I asked him that they need to honor the price on the tags and it's not the customer's fault that they forgot to remove the old one. Rudely, he said, it's also not their fault that the promotion ended. At that point, I just walked away. I also work in retail, I understand how the Scanning Code of Practice works.
