Staying true to the rich heritage — and authentic, all-American spirit — of denim, Lucky Brand began crafting great-fitting, vintage-inspired jeans in Los Angeles in 1990. We gave them their distinctively Lucky look by literally putting them through the wringer — ripping, fraying, sanding, patching and washing by hand — to give them true character and soul. Then, we added authentic hardware, personalized touches and playful details, and an American legend was born.
Our jeans are made for the free-thinker, the artist, the dreamer; they’re made to dance, work, run, jump, play and rock ‘n’ roll (just like you). Our inspiration doesn’t just come from the rugged workwear of denim pioneers, but from the free spirit and laid-back lifestyle of our Southern California roots. We find inspiration everywhere, from the secluded outlooks of Big Sur, to the old-school tattoo parlors of Venice and the beautiful beaches of Malibu. We reference music, art and photography — old and new — to create truly unique pieces that you’ll wear over and over again.

The first guy was all over us and asking what our plans were for the day and just wouldn't shut up and all I wanted to do was look around, finally lost him then we noticed a sales lady seen we were by ourselves and nodded to another sales guy to come see if we needed help so then he came and bugged so i brushed him off then the first guy came back and we bolted. It sucked because I wanted to look at a specific shirt but I did not want to go back in there. Very bad experience just let people shop!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I took my partner here for new Jeans. He is very much a tee shirt and jeans kinda guy even though I have been trying to get him to try something a little more styled. The sales person here was amazing. He talked about how your size will be different depending in the style of jean we were looking for and helped pull the right size in different styles. He got my boyfriend to try on lots of different styles but never pressured him to buy something that was too out of his comfort zone. We also had a coupon and there was a sale on some of the jeans and he rung it up seperate so that we would get the best prices. Will only buy my jeans from here now on.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sales people are nice enough but what annoys me is every time I go in there, I can’t find any jeans in my size. There’s literally floor-to-ceiling stacks of jeans in size 0-6. I can never find a pair of jeans in any style in size 12. I’ve shopped in US locations several times and it’s never like that, I’ve always found jeans that fit and I love. Is it to force curvy gals to ask for a larger size?? I just want to go into a store, find what I want myself without having to get someone fetch me my size that they don’t want to display and be able to try it on. So I shop at other stores that have more standard sizes readily available. Thanks for nothing!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought some jeans from here a while ago, was very impressed with the quality, they seem to last way longer than other jeans you buy from more generic places. Was looking for some shirts in the mall and decided to try Lucky Brand. The materials they use for their shirts are far superior to anything else I could find in the mall. very soft and comfortable. I also liked the designs on some of the shirts. They were maybe a little bit more expensive but the quality speaks for itself. I will be going back here for my clothes shopping in the future

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dec 27 went to the outlet mall to do some returns. I walked into Lucky and both employees were sitting on the couch in the middle of the store. There were customers but not busy. I walked up to the counter and the two employees removed themselves from the couch to tell me no returns on Dec 27. I thought this was funny considering the employees obviously didn’t care as they were not helping anyone in the store or doing anything. Anyway customer service is a joke. This is not the first time I have walked in and out because the employees were lounging on the couch. Just an fyi every other store in the mall was doing returns.
