Tory Burch Outlet

Wouldn't recommend shopping here, they will yell at you for taking a mask to wear, and its only for customers. Very rude staff, especially the Asian, we wanted to buy my wife shoes

First time walking into Tory Burch. Had a lovely associate approach us to talk about their sale. My friend and I were looking around and planned to by some flip flops that were on sale. My friend’s husband was chased down by another associate just because he took a disposable mask and did not wear the one that he took. She was condescending and demanded him to wear it on the spot and that it was for “customers only” Was he not considered a customer when entering their store? I felt that she really embarrassed him and his family. Im sure there was other customers that took a mask and did not see them get chased down and make them wear it. She did not have to approach him in a unfriendly way. Over a damn mask that cost pennies? We decided to leave and not purchase anything. Wow, that left us with a bad taste in our mouths.. Will not be taking our business there ever again.

It been first time i been to this store. Manpreet was the sales person and was incredibly nice. She helped me to find what i was looking for. Great shopping experience. I would definately going to shop there again.

I regret to share my disappointing visit on here but it was so bad that i feel like it is necessary. I came in this store with the goal of buying a purse that was shown to me a couple of days ago by a wonderful sales associate named Ellie (I wish she was there again today to assist me). When I came in, I spoke to the lady telling her exactly what I was looking for. She was not friendly and kind of sounded annoyed when I pointed out apologetically and politely that the purses she was showing/handed over to me were not the ones i was hoping to purchase. At one point, she decided to show me a few pieces at the back side of the store. Mid way, another lady, came out of nowhere holding a tote. She talked to her about the said purse that she seemed to have purchased for herself (she mentioned about an employee price of some sort). The sales associate who was helping me and who was supposed to show me the back area of the store stopped and decided to chat with the lady with the tote instead. At this time, I was behind her, following her towards the back. Awkwardly, i waited and walked away from them. They seemed to prefer to chat with each other than assisting me. I went and finally found the exact purse i was looking for. I was needing help with something else and the lady seemed to not willingly assist me. I am so sad to say that this by far was the worst customer service i have experienced. The sales associates/staff that were working here today are not welcoming and helpful. This is clearly why half the time, the store is empty. And clearly why i was not the first consumer giving this store a 1 star. I hope that comments such as mine reaches the higher management because the store has greater potential and i know that the store can offer more than a terrible, disappointing and low class sales/purchase experience. On my sales receipt, salesperson was “Elizabeth” and “Yingyin” assisted me.

We’ve shopped at many Tory Burch stores. They don’t have the cheapest things, but they make good quality products. This store has a good selection of items. The staff that we dealt with were both friendly and helpful.
