★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst customer service experience ever. Spend about $200 at the store, but the way two sales girl looked at us that we are wasting their time, so rude, doesn’t great us probably because of the colour of our skin....feels like they are doing us a favour to let us buy from the store...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I usually don't like to give negative reviews, I try to keep things subjective in reviews but I was really bothered this one time I did come into the store looking for winter boots. A younger guy was there trying to help me with shoes and really most of the time when you ask staff their opinion they just give the basic answers for examples its either nice or not nice. But this guy took it to another level for me and it really bothered me. He went out of his way to tell me that my outfit that I came into the store with was "interesting" and that the boots were ugly. He went out of his way to state to me my shirt was not at all nice (it was a button up shirt) which is absurd because I went into the store looking for boots not an outfit check. I wanted to call him out but thought I'd be the bigger person. Walked out and have never come back. I think other reviews on here would say something similar. Don't bother coming here guys.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst customer service ever, went there with my family. Two salesgirl were working there so unprofessional. One girl was walking around for 5 mins, keep going back in storage and coming out getting stuff her co worker was asking. I approached her and asked for another size in shoes and she just went inside saying i need to go to bathroom first. We waited for few minutes no answer. I asked other coworker who was finding shoes for other customers she said OK and didn't bother to get up and look for us and completely ignored us. I was waiting for her to move. So i decided to go to front desk nobody was there. As i was walking to front desk I passed by the 2nd worker who was watching other customers trying stuff didn't bother to stop me and was okay. I JUST WALK OUT OF THE STORE Those two girls were so unprofessional if you don't like job don’t work. We do understand sometime situations are like that but at least one of coworker should have approached us and told us to wait nicely rather than ignoring us.Never shopping there with 2 salesgirl in there.I NEVER FELT LIKE THAT IN ANY STORE BEFORE.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went there to return a pair of shoes. Manager said that the shoes were on clearance when I made a purchase. So, they can only exchange the shoes.
This was not true. Shoes were not on clearance during the time of purchase.
When I told the manager this then she said that I can try at other Aldo location as they can not give me the refund.
Do not know how their return policy is different than any other Aldo stores.
I went to Aldo store in Polo park and they returned the shoes without any questions ?
I would not recommend this store to anyone.
Reply to Aldo Outlet : Ask a girl (covered head) and the manager who were working in the store on Sunday, April 25 around 3.30 pm.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic Customer Service. Never expected this kind of an answer from an ALDO STORE. Went there with a Ladies Purse given to us as a Gift and the Sales Person (Female) without any apologies told us that they can't do a store credit or return or anything as we didn't had a Gift Receipt. The Purse was in original packaging and even had the tag intact. What a Lame excuse for not to work. Is this is how ALDO backs up there products. Is there anyone up even looking at these reviews ? Because I see so many 1 stars for this particular location. I guess soon this store will dissappear.
