rude employees.really bad customer service.i was already going to buy puffer jacket.so i had that in my hand.one of the employe came took that from my hand and told me that they need to sanitize that because i'd just tuch it. horrible experience.never going back and do not suggest to. instead buy online.

#423 Came into the store today to do an exchange for a product my girlfriend bought because she knew how much i loved the brand... Coming in first of all i kept looking around for 20 mins no one bothered to ask if i needed help"keeping in mind its a Fashion retail store" after finally looking for around 20 mins i went up to ask the customer service rep if i could do an exchange! Being unaware of the policies he took the tags looked at the receipts and threw my item of clothing in the return box!; "God knows how many infceted peices of clothing were in there" he then pulls it out with the tags and calls "The manager" .apparently who knew nothing about customer dealing tells me that they cant do an exchange... because the tags had fallen off. First of all when the item was bought nothing was informed that if the tags had fallen off u cant do a return. Second i was ready to spend more money to buy something better but looking at how Not ready she was to even listen to what i had to say i decided to leave. Third they threw my tshirt in a return box and pulled it out again and stressed on how They couldnt exchange it because of COVID (get ur facts straight guys). Saftey is always a first priority and i understand But doing Your job properly ("the manager") is equalent to helping others feel welcomed to ur store. NEVER BUYING ANYTHING AGAIN NOR SENDING ANYONE TO THE STORE. PATHETIC! "@Guess is a better store" get some training from them.

it's a neat store and organized one

went last Saturday, to buy ladies wallet, staff told me its somewhere in the store and someone checked and its in the back/storage room, she scan the item and she said they're not for sale, they are old stocks and they're $75 which you can buy at other outlet store for $30, also I saw the bra i bought from Winners at $16.99 plus tax and they're selling for $54, this store needs to be organized and staff to be attentive and helpful to their customer, cheer up guys (i thought you can buy old stocks/cheaper at Outlet store ✌

Really impressed by the customer service especially Ishmeet was very helpful in finding the best fit for me
