★ ★ ★ ★ ★ To the three employees who could barely be called employees at their shift on Thursday, July 24th, at 6pm, you need to address your work attitude and the customer experience you bring to people. My wife came to your store ready to spend several hundred dollars, yet couldn’t be acknowledged once until I had to approach a staff member and ask for a size, after following up we were finally informed they didn’t have her size. I asked if anybody else did, they said they were all sold out everywhere. We immediately went to polo park to confirm they lied to our faces, and had an amazing experience and bought several hundred dollars worth of shoes there. If your experience is this pitiful, just shut your doors. Everyone go to polo or st vital, will never step foot into this store again.

I was in a couple months ago and the service was excellent, Vitor (name on receipt) was very knowledgeable & helpful. Quality and selection of shoes are great, if they don’t have your size, they can order what you want with free shipping to your home. If you want them sooner, free shipping to the store. I’ve always been happy with the service at Browns.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great shopping experience with Cecilia last weekend. She is a sweet girl I have ever seen, very friendly, helpful and patience. Cecilia took time with me almost an hour to find a right pair of shoes for work. She knew I stand most of time in workplace, she recommends to tried their popular Disposable Scented Insoles which comes with a floral scent, to put on the new shoes. Summer is on the corner, she showed me two pair of MK platform slide with a lot of sparkle on top when we on the way to the counter, I tried on it looks glam and comfortable on my feet. So I end up with 2 pair of shoes to go home with me. The person who help me finish the transaction was nice too. Definite will come back shop more next time.

This Black friday, I purchased 2 more pairs and another pair of thermal insoles from her again. She made my experience there amazing. It's my favorite shop in outlet.
