★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went here with my girlfriend and the customer service was horrible. Noone asked us for help the whole time we were there. Not only that we waited around at the change room and we had to find someone to ask to use it and then when we went to pay we stood at the cash register for 5 minutes before we decided to go find someone to help us out there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I purchased a bikini top at the end of last summer for my daughter, tags still on. She went to try it on yesterday and we noticed one of the straps was sewn the wrong way/upside down. I took it to the Seasons Ardene Outlet Collection and the sales person was not only rude, but dismissive and would not even look at it. I had to ask for the manager, and instead another sales associate came, looked at it and said there was nothing that could be done. The first sales associate actually said, "it's not our fault it's sewn wrong". Well whose fault is it? The customer? Customer service has gone right down the toilet. I am not supporting this Company any longer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff here needs to be trained properly on how to do an exchange and how to treat customers including the manager. I purchased a blazer through the app in a large and it was too big. I had gone in to this location to exchange it for a medium. The associate returned the item onto a store credit card, I was confused and I mentioned this is a exchange not a return however the associate proceeded with returning the item and told me I would have to repurchase the medium with the store credit. The associate then rang through the medium blazer and needed the manager to input the discount I had received through the app (20% off for VIP purchase). The manager was awful and did not take any accountability that this transaction was done incorrectly. The manager tried to tell me she could only give me a 10% discount. I told the manager this is ridiculous this should have been a straight exchange as it was the exact same item same colour just a different size. The manager tried to tell me she did not know what to do since a store credit was issued and the 20% was for my first purchase and this would be my second. That did not make sense at all! A simple exchange turned into a 30 minute hassle! The manager finally price changed the item so the total would match the store credit. She told me the associate was new and transferred from a different location but was not apologetic. The associate was obviously not trained properly on an exchange. The whole experience was terrible. This was my first purchase at Ardenes and will definitely be my last.
