We spent more than 1 hour in your store, comparing sleeping bags - for price/value. Price of a particular sleeping bag was clearly marked using as on sale, having a specific sales price. Upon taking to check out and payment the sales person/manager indicated we were not eligible to receive the price as advertised. Upon question, she refused to provide a clear explanation other than we were not eligible and that she would be charging us the full sale price. Upon question her further, she indicated she could provide us with that price ONLY if we revoke our legal rights to return the item if it proved defective or unsatisfactory. We clearly communicated this was unacceptable and not legal. A second colleague began to get combative and scoffed at the idea that we should be charged the advertised amount. At this point employees were rude and combative. We left. This stores is poorly managed, unprofessional. Employees are poorly trained and have little to no idea on the proper operation and basic sales law.

Staff was behind the counter, not wearing a mask and on what appeared to be her personal cell. She abruptly asked if we need something? We politely responded no and left the store. Unprofessional with zero customer service skills.

Poor customer service. Items were merchandised improperly. I needed help finding a particular size and the associate gave me what seemed to be the correct size but then I realized it was tagged wrong after having my son try it on. Then the associate blamed the company for tagging it wrong and she didn’t offer to find me the right size (like actually check the jackets rather than looking at the tag) and walked away after that especially when the jackets were out of reach for me.

Don't go to this place. I used to buy there and recommend this place but they have changed. Their quality is not the same this year and their customer service is the worst! We recently bought 4 jackets there and 2 of them have issues with the ziper. I tried to exchange one of them 4 days after we bought it, I had the receipt and they refused. My sister's boyfriend (which is a white canadian guy)had been there to exchange her jacket because of the same ziper issue and they exchanged it for him. My mom's jacket had the same issue, I went to the store without my sister's boyfriend, but they refused to change it, saying that she did not know how to close the ziper properly and that she needs to be careful and and close it slowly and use some sort of technique to close it without getting it to be stuck. She also said it was visibly used (of course, it was white ans had been used 4 times) and they could not sell it to somekne else if my mom returned it, and that's why they would not take it back. We had the receipt, the jacket is still stucking the ziper and every time my mom has yo use it is a problem. We have to help her, it gets stuck all the time. And they never accepted the jacket back.

Online customer service is terrible! I'm actually quite annoyed with this store. I purchased a jacket and they duplicated the charge because of a computer glitch. I messaged them 10 days ago (way before they would have shipped the item) and they have still not responded. Hopefully they won't give me a hard time since now I need to find a place to return the items whenever they arrive. I've made several purchases from them in the past (never online) but honestly this experience is kind-of ruining it for me. Quality of items: Quality of the items isn't too bad, especially if you aren't overly active. I have purchased a few items that lasted me about 2 seasons of hiking.
