★ ★ ★ ★ ★ By far the worst customer service experience ever. The male staff was beyond rude to me and my partner. He was condescending and honestly really just mean. We felt so uncomfortable we left. We ended up sitting in our car infront of their store calling other stores that carried simialr coats near by and chose to buy our coat elsewhere. I wouldn’t buy anything here out of principle.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ went to the store to see if they had what I was looking for, had the exact model but not the colour I wanted. Asked the guy with the beard if I could try them on for sizing so I can just order online & was literally told "Don't make a mess" Found something I liked while I was there but i'll just order it online myself. These guys aren't worth the time & your money. Bought from them a few times before, poor customer service & staff has very little knowledge about the products they carry.

I was looking to purchase a Canada Goose jacket, the lazy man at the counter was too busy browsing online to even acknowledge we were there, although we were the only customers in the shop. I walked to the counter to inquire about the jackets level of warmth and I was told off right away, he said this company’s specifications are totally irrelevant and warmth will depend on my body!!! He then went back to his counter not offering any help or advise. So we started trying different models on and that actually made him get up from his seat and come, but not to help, to tell us not to try them as is was disorganising the shop... So I don’t know but to try and discourage a customer of making over thousand dollar purchase, I would doubt this shop will remain open much longer... and we will order online...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Carries quite a few high-end brands of winter wear. The staff were helpful in assisting you try out the jackets and selecting one that would best fit you. That's the benefit of shopping there (compared to shopping online). However, after-sales service is none existent and you will be directed to the manufacturer for service (who may direct you back to point-of-sale).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ bought a Patagonia Torrentshell rain jacket a while back, asked the lady that was helping me if the hood can be hidden or taken off & was told no. Just learned online through Patagonia website that it can be folded & hidden through a simple clip. Also the whole jacket can be folded up inside the left pocket & zipped close for easy travelling. Was not told any of this, the lady was literally there just to ring me up. No knowledge what soever
