★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Love the atmosphere and the entire place, while it's rather small with a handful of selection it has probably some of the best streetwear collection to buy in the house here in Winnipeg. Workers are nice and friendly as well!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ An assistant manager told me he would be available to get me a pair of shoes that were raffled if I paid him in advance. He took my money and never gave me the pair. Actually physically assaulted me and threatened to have my family tied up if I went to the authorities. $1500 isn't worth my wife and childrens lives. 0 stars

I ask for dunks and say the wrong colourway by accident and the employee scolds at me by saying, "We don't have that colour way, did you even look at what we have?". Didn't know I had to know the ins and outs of what shoes are present and which shoes are sold out on an offline store. Maybe a bit more of customer service training is needed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First of all I’m not a sneaker head or a fashionable dude so I felt out of place. Ash made me feel welcomed!. Also, I didn’t ask for her name but there was this friendly Asian woman working there as well she had Great customer service over the phone and in person. There was an elderly lady who walked in the store that was flustered and needed guidance. The same woman who helped me took care of the elderly woman. It’s those small gestures the world needs now a days, you know? Also, These people working here dressed soo fresh that I thought I’d be snobbed off but they are so chill, lol. Thanks again for the help! I’ll be back soon for some HEATS!
