★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had a wonderful experience here shopping. We took my elderly mother shopping for some hiking boots. She was a difficult customer but the young man serving us, Cameron, was an angel. He was so kind and patient with my elderly mother. He never made us feel like a burden. He has truly been give a gift. Please make sure you treat him well for he is a jewel among men. A young Adonis.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ During a time such as now (covid-19, literally no other customers) you would think that workers would be attentive. Instead. A young girl working the front does not even know what the store sells, and I must wait to even find someone to assist with footwear. Unsure man who clearly is not meant to be in customers service/sales in the first place- could not give ne clear answer to any questions or mention ANY alternatives.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Honestly.... Zero help from these guys on a warranty issue. Blamed Covid for not acting on or supporting a warranty claim. This type of behavior is why people shop Amazon, Costco etc... Full service from those guys. I have purchased my last item from Atmosphere I guess...

Prices are very reasonable and they have sales often.
Staff is second to none, they are helpful, friendly and knowledgeable.
Executives of Atmosphere please take note of the above, the crew there is awesome!
Anyhow if your into the outdoors, even a bit, check this store out.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ BEWARE! Hours of operation NOT correct. Despite the sign, the store was not open. Don’t drive across the city like me just to arrive to find temporary hours posted. It took me approximately 1 minute to “suggest an edit” to the google hours. Hope owners do better. Will not be returning.
