I am a professional dancer who has been experiencing foot pain from shoes that didn't fit properly/weren't suited for the work I was doing while cross training. This was the best shoe-fitting experience I've ever had. I am so excited about the shoes I left with and can already tell that they will make a difference.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing experience. I haven’t ran in years and wanted to get back into it with the right footwear that wouldn’t cause me pain. I booked a personal fitting and after a conversation about my concerns and running style, Erick picked out three options for me that fit like a glove. I tested them on the treadmill, made a decision, and left happy.
After a test run, it feels so good to be running again and get home with my feet in pain. Quality service and quality products. Made my shopping experience a pleasure.

The one I got doesn't disappoint. I've been staying warm and comfortable during my runs and also on my transit commutes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had the best experience ever here! Jonathan and the team were so helpful. They measured my feet and assessed how I walk and run and recommended several different pairs of shoes for me. For the first time ever, I have running shoes that fit perfectly and feel GREAT! You can tell how much they care about helping you and their service is above and beyond what I expected. Every staff member was incredibly knowledgeable about running and shoes and were so kind and friendly. I highly recommend City Park Runners!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As a winter runner in Saskatchewan, I was desperately searching for a pair of pants rugged enough to handle some of our coldest temperatures and City Park Runners was one of only two places in Canada that appeared to carry the hard-to-find model by Craft that I was looking for. Craft is a fantastic brand but their sizing is a bit tricky, so I was hesitant to buy from a smaller business at first, knowing that I'd have to pay shipping both ways if the pants didn't fit. I decided to contact the store via their online chat function for more information on the pants, and the helpful sales associate not only gave me advice on fit, they also measured the waist and hip so I could compare to a pair of pants I already own and ensure they were a good match. The pants were mailed quickly (next day) at a very reasonable shipping cost and packaged carefully in a sturdy box with a thank you and plenty of contact info. Based on my experience, I would not hesitate to purchase from this store again, online or otherwise, and I'll be browsing their site in the future for my running gear needs!

I am not a runner - I work in a gym and have always had trouble finding a good fitting shoe - my foot is very narrow. So pleased with the help I got today and love the new runners. Staff knows what they are talking about - unlike other places I was looking at.
