The food here is wonderful. I had the jerk chicken linguini and It was to die for. Everything about the dish from the flavors, portion and the presentation was amazing. It’s a island grill with a twist. The staff are kind and attentive. The owners are sweet, I love how they interact with the customers,it was nice to see. I will be back.

The best Jamaican food I have had in years. Few can come close to my mom’s cooking, and they sure did!! Excellent service too!

It was Wednesday night, I did not know this place but google map reviews show pretty good ratings so I decide to try. The female server was very polite and through explaining menu. She mentioned that lunch menu is available, so I ordered Jerk Chicken ans Festival. The food was good. Jerk Chicken was soft and not dry. Maybe a little salty side but probably it supposed to be so. Festival is a name of the food. A fried dow which many times served in festivals paired with jerk chicken or jerk something (owner explained) Owner came out later and asked me for feed back. He is very nice guy! For the first timer, the paper towel box in the washroom is old style. On the right side of the box, there is a little handle to turn and paper comes out. Hand soap dispenser is installed a little higher than usual, so you look up to find it. The light is flickering but the owner will fix it very soon. I will come back again with my friends. Thank you for your honest and genuine service.

Fantastic meals!!! Small little restaurant but great heart. I had the oxtail stew, absolutely amazing, especially if you like spice! Father had the Jamaican jerk which was excellent, smoked and jerk sauce. The two ladies had jerk chicken linguini and jerk salmon, neither like spice much but wasn’t too much for them on those meals… so good couldn’t even go for a sweet dessert, had to go straight for some jerk chicken wings. Highly recommend!!

As a Jamaican (my wifes account)this is not acceptable to me the food costs to much the meat is very little. half of a half a chicken breast waited over an hour and a half! Got told they didn’t have chicken thigh. If I can take chicken breast so I said sure. Totally not worth the price and the wait time!

Phenomenal food, phenomenal service! It’s not the fanciest place in town but the environment is still lovely. We originally only were ordering the meat patties to take out- but because we enjoyed them so much we decided to try something else. I had the Jerk Chicken Linguine which was delicious!! Had a hint of spice but mixed with the pasta it was enjoyable. My parents ordered the Jerk Chicken and Jerk Grilled shrimp and thoroughly enjoyed both ! My moms lips were burning at the end of her chicken meal but in a good way haha! Have already recommended this place to others and we will be back!

Great little owner/chef run restaurant with delicious homemade food. Even the sauces are made with love! Jerk chicken was tender, flavourful, and just the right amount of spice. The homemade hot sauce was full of spice, flavour, and heat! The festival were crisp, pillowy soft, and complimented the spice of the sauce perfectly. Tried the pork bites too. Delicious! Definitely adding it to our work lunch rotation.

After trying multiple Caribbean restaurants in the city, this is by far the best one. I was just passing by it and wasn't really hungry but wanted to give it a try, so I order something light - chickpea roti. It was great, but their spiciness level isn't as aggressive as it was back home (in Toronto) so don't be afraid to ask for a higher number when they ask you how spicy it is. Only giving it a three star right now, since its incomplete, will definitely come back here to try their jerk chicken and ox tail. No Caribbean restaurant can be fully reviewed without trying the staples
