★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to get 2 tires put on rims and an alignment. Got a call saying the alignment couldn't wasn't possible due to other work needing to be done (another shop 2 days prior inspected it and didn't find any issues). I was still charged full price for the alignment they couldn't do. What's worse is the next day I had a wheel come loose while driving on the highway. There's no way the lug nuts we're tightened, there's one missing now and the rest are loose.
