I have mostly had a bad experience with this clinic. One doctor I saw didn't one time make eye contact with me, it really felt like she wasn't listening to a thing I said and just didn't really care. The other doctor took me seriously and ended up addressing the issue... and it encouraged a little more trust in this clinic for me for a little while... but then I called today. Whoever answered the phone was pretty rude. Like right away I was put on the defensive trying to explain myself. Then I felt like I was given attitude for not knowing their walk in hours. I will never go back here.

Don’t think anyone works there because nobody seems to answer the phones… called for 20 minutes straight with no answer.

So I was skeptical of going here due to all the bad reviews but I did anyway. I phoned to ask their hours for walk in. The receptionist was really friendly and explained that their procedure is different now. You do walk ins completely from home. You dont even have to leave your house. They put you on the list and then the doctor calls you. I only had to wait 40 minutes for my call and they sent my prescription to my closest pharmacy to pick up the same day. The doctor was also very friendly on the phone and it was very fast and convenient, and safe! If you have something minor like I did just give them a call... they were great. ? ? ?

Last time I was there I needed my ears flushed. Doctor ruptured my eardrum. I had to go to emergency at the Grace Hospital. Ear was full of blood. I then went to the Health Science Center a specialist checked my eardrum. They kept checking on my ear till I was okay. I have never gone back.

Took my wife to the walk-in at Westwood medical. Dr Raza was on duty. Home care has been looking after my wife after surgery. They told my wife that she needed to see a Dr. She had just completed a round of antibiotics to deal with an inflammation in her leg. There still was redness and inflammation around the site. Home Care was concerned she had Cellulitis. She has been hospitalized 3 times because of Cellulitis in the past 10 months. The first time for almost a month because she required emergency surgery to remove a large section of dead tissue. The other times because the infection had returned. He didn’t let her explain anything. When she turned her leg to let him see the blistered spot and inflammation he didn’t examine the spot he just said there was nothing there. When she tried to explain her history with Cellulitis he responded by saying you are not listening to me. She became irritated and responded you are not listening to me and left. I would not recommend this clinic to anyone.

Worst clinic ever. Walk-ins need to call first. I was literally in front of the clinic and calling them multiple times, no one is answering. The Open sign is lit, and the clinic is empty! What gives?!

Was a bit wary leading up to my appt after reading the reviews. For me the receptionists were a bit forward and hurried, which was exactly inviting. They accommodated me quickly, which was great, but were not personable. Appointments are done over the phone from wherever you are, and you come in for an exam if the doctor invites you in. I let reception know that I was outside, so the doctor called me a bit sooner than if I was at home. My doctor was excellent- compassionate, friendly, and reassuring. She did end up wanting a quick exam and invited me in. I had a great experience with her and would see her again. Overall, seems like a good clinic! Most clinics that I've been to have had slightly grumpy receptionists, and that is something that I do not mind dealing with. **important update: dropped 2 stars from my original review. I came back the next day with an infection. The doctor tried to drill a needle through my big toenail, which at the time was huge, inflamed, and painful. I had half removed it in an accident. He said he would stop when it hurt. I tried to tough it out, but when I told him to stop he kept going and told me to hold the receptionist's hand (super awkward) because it was their secret trick for pain. Later he said the nail would fall off on it's own because it was God's plan. Never again.

I've been dealing with this clinic for many years and have always found the staff very accommodating and pleasant. Dr. Silagy has been the most helpful with my medical needs. When not seeing Dr. Silagy I've found the walk in doctors more than helpful. I would recommend this clinic. Top marks from me and my family. Thank you to all the doctors and support staff.
