I waited at the dealership for my car to be done, and they dedicated an extra person to the job so I didn't have to wait long with my 5 month old. The detailing was for my husband's birthday and he was very pleased with the end result.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Allo friends. Would love to thank the cool gang at the River City Collision Center! They have always treated me well on the occasional visit. A couple of years back, the team there had replaced the front grill and radiator on my 2018 F-150 truck, it was all done on a single full day and the work was superb! A great place to bring my vehicle after not such a great situation with the wildlife. Another cool service offered is the vehicle wash, and the 3 times having used this service had my truck come out clean and glean, like ice cream! I will be coming back again if the need arises. A solid recommendation from my personal experience. Thank you for reading :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First of all the lady works there she don’t know how to talk with customers. Then I mentioned all the work needed done 3 times to department and they fixed 1 thing and she said in very unprofessional way this is what u told only. And i also left note with key and mentioned 3 times that dont use driver door. And they just cracked my whole brand new carbon fiber fender worth 3k. The way she was talking I know she’s not gonna admit that too so i just left. Even some ford parts still in car which needed to b installed and i also said to them to install them. But nothing only 1 job they done and then when i asked, she talked in very unprofessional way.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely fantastic customer service and repairs done much quicker than expected! It was my first time using River City Collision and I will be using them for now on. I usually go to my Honda dealer but chose River City because they were close. I am so glad that I did! They were able to get my car in quickly and the repairs were done that day. They waited until the parts were in before my car went in so it didn’t have to sit on the lot for a week.
My car was clean and detailed when I got it back which was much appreciated!
