★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I took my car in to Moray collision for a dent and scratch repair quote, my insurance approved it and Moray did not deliver on their end. I tried making repair appointments with no luck. I had no issues if they wanted to not do the job or if they are busy for a small job that I had but waiting 2 weeks later with no answer Cmon, I just wanted someone to be honest with me so we didn't have to waste each other's time. Work on your Transparency.

They organized a rental car while mine was getting fixed, made that process a breeze. Wendell and Faith who I dealt with through most of the process were so helpful! In short, Moray Collision took any of the headache out of the car repair experience. And my car looks great. Thanks!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eastside Moray was a pleasure to deal with. The repair job was done properly and in a reasonable amount of time. They are attentive and return calls promptly. They go above and beyond. For example, I left something in my car after I dropped it off for repair. I returned to retrieve it and they helped me adjust some settings in the rental car that I had difficulty with. That included topping off the windshield fluid.

Special shout out to Wendell for all the help. When I went to pick up my vehicle I was not able to make it before they close but he stayed so I can pick it up after work. Recommended!

I used Moray Collision because of the convenience of it being in the industrial park where I work, and also because I’ve had family members who live in the area, also take their vehicles to Moray with excellent results.
My vehicle was hit on the drivers side by a hit and run driver, who decided to drive right along my vehicle while it was parked on the side of the road.
So I called up Moray, and they got me in for an appointment in a couple/few weeks to assess the damage.
Faith, that is one woman that is born to work in the front end dealing with the public.
She’s the friendliest and most outgoing person I’ve ever met.
She kept me informed all the way through the process, and made sure I had a rental for the time they had my vehicle.
And boy, when I picked up my vehicle earlier today, I couldn’t believe the job they did.
My vehicle was in an accident previously on the passenger side, and the shop that did that job, didn’t do a very good job, with orange peel all through the paint, and a very dull finish.
So I honestly didn’t know what to expect when I picked up my vehicle, but I can tell you I was totally shocked how great it looks.
Not a spec of orange peel anywhere, and the finish makes it look literally like a brand new car.
I’m very satisfied with the results, and I will without hesitation, recommend them to everyone I know.
They really know customer service, and obviously have some of the best body guys available.
Go here, you’ll be glad you did!
