★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The service was great .The only thing I have a problem with is the confidence in the shop. I had a tube installed on a ATV tire. I noticed the cracks on the tire really showed up . When I got home I checked the tire pressure and it read 32 lbs. This is normal for a car but ATV should be only 5 lbs. I hate to say that I can't trust the workmen ship.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Simple patch job: Overpriced. Didn't call when it was ready. Didn't balance the tire, I even asked them to, so then they pretended to and then broke my center cap in the process. Tire shakes the car at highway speeds ever since.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My go to place for tire service. I've always found that their inventory is good and pricing is reasonable.
I have had some issues with tire changes in the past year, when they swapped in my winter tires, they damaged one of the TPMS sensors, however they took care of it no questions asked and have repeatedly done what was necessary to remedy any the issues.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Oh. Terrible. Not what I am expecting. Story: Thursday I went to Mcphilips branch to have them install my winter tires. Friday: When on my way to my job site near portage kaltire, i noticed my TPMS sensor light up. I realized that Kaltire Mcphillips didnt relearned the winter tire sensors after installing the wheels and tires. (yes i have tpms sensor in my winter wheels). So ithought Kal tire portage (which i am very near on that time) might be able to help me for syncing the TPMS issue.. Not super hard job I beleive... Voila! the guy is rude and ask me to go back to Mcphillips or comeback next week (wednesday) because today is not the day he can assist me. I forgot to ask the guy name. He is not the bald guy (which is super nice). By the way, I bought my wheels & 2 season tire from this branch (I told this to the guy). He is firm on his answer. Sad. Disappointed. Wont comeback there anymore. Not even recommend with friends.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Needed help with a tire a wheel package. Service person was short and hurried; only one other person in the shop. Not at all helpful, walked out.
Neighbouring shop was much more accommodating and took the time to set me up with exactly what I needed. Happy I took my business elsewhere.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I purchased a set of Nokian WGR4 All Weather Tires. I wanted something better than All Season and didn't want to have winter and summer sets of tires. After the first snow, I was very satisfied how the tires performed, they are far better than expected. My service experience was excellent, easy to drop car off, and car was returned faster than expected. Tires were mounted and balanced without any damage, technicians did an fantastic job. Excellent customer service experience. I would not hesitate to buy tires from KalTire again.
