★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to customer service to redeem a Coinstair receipt. Receipt was timed for 11:22 AM. Two customers were before me waiting well before I came and LYNN and multiple other employees ignored us. We were finally acknowledge at 11:32 AM. Once I finally got to the front of the line, LYNN did not apologize for the long wait. Instead gave me attitude. I understand the store was busy but when multiple employees are ignoring three customers patiently waiting, that is an issue.
