A	Amber G. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Walmarts tend to be alike however this location is on the "meh" side. Staff did not want to check the back for available product and some cashiers tended to be struggling at the til on how to scan, enter codes and bag groceries. Patience is key.
A	Ashley P on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ harassed by security and an employee for setting off alarm, only one out of 5 people walking through the door stopped. all my receipts checked out but i did not realize until afterwards that the security guard held onto one of them and did not give it back so i can't return several electronic items i bought if they don't work. i can count on more than one hand how many times me and my family have been accosted here at the door. i imagine it will only get worse with plastic bags being phased out and bring your own bag. location convenience is not enough with the sobeys and superstore nearby that have more respectful loss prevention officers. i have never had this problem at any other store or any other wal-mart location, just specifically this one. edit: was on call with "customer service" for 2 hours to finally have a store associate pick up who did not know how to transfer a call. called canadian corporate and was connected to a customer service representative within 5 minutes. i recommend you go above the store if you have a complaint and no one will pick up.
J	Jason Fetterly on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This location is pretty good, except that I would caution people to double-check their bills; after larger shopping trips, we find that there is almost always something incorrect resulting in being over-charged a few dollars here and there. Customer Service department is really good about correcting these mistakes and handling complaints in general.

D	Dez on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible experience my mother is handicapped we she having problems with the self check out because they decided to close all the personal checkouts I have to go help her because the employees coped an attitude was not willing to help another thing I saw raw meat put on one of the checkouts for five minutes that he put aside because he was too lazy to go put it back on the shelves I overheard someone saying and I agree with this you should have more personal checkouts

Rohan in particular, did anything and everything to let me get the phone of my choice, was able to take my bill down $9 less, and gave me a bill credit! Can't get any better than that. Forget Best buy or any phone provider, this is where you'll get the best deals!

I need to pay for everything separately as there are multiple clients. The staff treated me like I was the biggest inconvenience they had ever encountered. I felt like garbage. I am doing this for seniors who can’t get out to shop on their own. Would they treat them like this as well? Very unimpressed and won’t be coming back . Would give 0 stars if I could.
R	Relax with Aay on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great location. Huge parking stalls available. even its super busy there is sufficlient space available. Other than essentials Non-essentials are great add-on feature that was there during pandemic.Overall "Olive" one of your employee showed best customer service when i was here. this kind of customer service example is hardly seen these days. I haven't seen personally from quite a long time. even though she was busy doing something but when asked for help she did the best, paused her stuff and started helping me. i also saw her helping other times too. i am also happy that associate don't bug on mc thing now I am also posting pic where those mc brochures are i like coming to this store so please keep up the good work. plz check price tags often its a nuisances many times
