★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First and last time today. Oil change and swap out summer tires. Quoted $120. before taxes. Bill was $191.54 before taxes. When I made the appt. I asked if $120 was everything; no other charges I should be aware of. I was told that would be the cost. They installed a part that I had not been called to inquire if I wanted it. Told them to take it out. They did so and adjusted the invoice. Guy showed me the part. I said that I couldn't trust that it was even mine. Can't trust them now and will never be back. I guess they saw the grey hair and thought they had a live one. Too bad. They're right across the street.Don't they know that the name they use comes from Integrity? Obviously, they don't know what the word means.
