★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would never recommend anyone to use this vet. The last few visits were a complete nightmare. Caught overcharging for sedative that is required to trim our dogs nails. Then the next visit he tried to give her a second shot of sedative that was clearly not needed. Hard to have a discussion with due to his arrogant attitude. Doesn’t listen. Just talks over you
Not to mention the vet is clearly And visibly afraid of Rottweiler breed. Refused to have any contact with our girl unless sedated first.
After two stressful visits and then recently him refusing to do an X-ray unless we book an exam room for 3 hours. We are done

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had to unfortunately put my cat down due to emergency medical reasons, the team at high street we’re very caring and went above and beyond to make the process less painful. I was extremely surprised and touched to receive a flower arrangement from them today for my loss, the team there really cares about the animals they treat and the owners.

With jasmine my dog, they treated her the same. They let me help in getting blood. I want to say thank you for everything you all did today. Thank you

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing service!! The vet and staff were kind, understanding and professional. I had to take my cat in to get antibiotics for an ear and lung infection. I showed up stressed for my cat’s well-being and left feeling confident he would be okay. The details of his diagnosis and treatment were thoroughly explained to me, leaving me with no questions. And two days after the appointment, they gave me a call just to make sure he was doing well and didn’t have any bad reactions to the antibiotics. Amazing. Fair prices and you can truly feel that they care. Thank you, thank you, thank you!!

I was an absolute mess taking her in but the staff were very empathetic and did everything they could to console me and reassure me that my cat would be well taken care of. They were wonderful with her and I'm happy to report that she has made a full recovery and is in excellent health. I highly recommend this animal hospital
