★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is bogus clinic, please go to somewhere else. They wasted my 2 weeks (Eventhough I had a PAIN). The virtual clinic which they hosted is not registered with peterborough hospital so you will not ever get results.
And doctor will not call for your results, Hospital is unble to track them to send your results. so you will ended up with nothing.
I really wasted my time on weekdays. will no go this place ever

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Process was quick and efficient. I Was signed up, got a call from a doctor and had a prescription in hand within 1.5 hours, 40 min of which was waiting for the prescription to be filled. Doctor and pharmacist were friendly and helpful. Pretty quick in the scheme of things, and having lost my family physician it was much quicker than I would have assumed it could have taken in terms of walk in clinics. Note, I had a fairly straightforward issues and showed up when I opened, so I get that not all experiences may be the same.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went there yesterday for a doctor's note for my employer that would probably only have 10 to 15 words written on it. Seen the doctor and he said all he had to do was send it over to them to print out and that was the last I ever heard from them. it is the next day and I have no note for my employer and I wasted my entire day yesterday waiting by the phone for these guys to call me. I can't believe a place like this can still be in business for how unprofessional they've been

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely absurd, took 3 hours of me waiting in my car to finally talk to a doctor, which the conversation lasted 2 minutes. Then I had to wait for an additional 2 hours for the prescription to fill. Finally once getting the prescription the lady at the front gave me a lot of attitude. Completely outrageous. Anyone who cares about themselves and wants good health care should never come here.
