M	Morgan McInroy on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tried calling several times to see about a covid test I booked online (if I do have covid I probably shouldn't be out and about), but every time I call I am holding for 20 minutes and then get hung up on. Had to make a hospital appointment instead which I'm sure the hospital appreciates as they are already crazy right now. If this shoppers can't provide tests then why are they on the government site?
D	Daniel C on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pharmacy is extremely unorganized, lost my faxed prescriptions and had to wait over THREE HOURS from the time fax was originally sent. It’s understandable if wait times are longer due to staffing shortages and/or increase in customers. Terrible customer service, staff barely acknowledge customers at drop off counter despite standing right in front of them..seems their telephone customers are more important than walk ups. If you need a prescription I wouldn’t have it sent to this location.

And fire a staff member for having epilepsy. OH! And my favorite, break into customers cars because she /thinks/ they're stealing because they fit the description of being Muslim.
J	Jamie de Domenico on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have found that this shoppers drug mart pharmacy is very disorganized with individual prescriptions scattered in baskets, on shelves and on the floor in bags. Due to the disorganization of this pharmacy, I have not only been charged for other people's prescriptions but have also been given other people's prescriptions. They are not professional in there approach to the customer and seem to only be looking at the the $$. I do not recommend this pharmacy for filling your prescriptions.
E	Emmanuel Pinto (BrickMage27) on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm honestly surprised to see all of the bad reviews. My family has used this pharmacy since it opened and haven't had a single problem. Staff are accommodating and helpful. It isn't perfect but it's definitely better than a 2.8 star rating.
B	Bob Rob on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Seriously something has to be done about the ignorant the girl named "heya" she is a liar and the rudest lady I've ever seen in shoppers.. she has no customer service or puts forth an effort. Please do something about this. This is the second time she has lied and refused to fill a script. She blames it on my nursing staff but miraculously the pharmist says he got it.. come on now she needs to be fired or suspended. Customer service is dying because of entitled ignorant peole like "HEyA" you need to do something please
J	Jess Williams on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The pharmacy service is absolutely terrible here. They are extremely rude and most staff in this store are really lacking customer service skills. From manager, to supervisors to the beauty department. The staff aren’t trained to handle basic transactions. I came in to return a makeup product and was asked if a gift card would be ok, I said sure as long as I can use it online. Both the supervisor and beauty csr said yes it can and the supervisor even checked the back of the card and processed the return. I get home and double checked online and go figure you CANNOT use a gift online. Flat out lied about it. This behaviour really reflects poorly on the company and should be unacceptable. It’s a shame because I do like SDM stores but this one is terribly managed.
J	Judy Briars on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I LOVE this store! Most of the staff are amazing. I avoid one girl, I think her name is Suzanne. She's just very unfriendly and sort of condescending. Everyone else is pretty amazing. Their shelves are always full and clean. My whole family uses this pharmacy, and I've convinced several friends to get their prescriptions here. The only thing is, there may be a bit of a wait if the older lady is at the pharmacy check out. She seems slower than most but she's very thorough. This stores dealing with covid protocol's has improved vastly since the pandemic first began. I just think they had different thoughts of what was essential at that time. I always do most of my grocery shopping there on weekends. I wish other people would realize that other potential shoppers would understand that there's great deals to be had, and the optimum program is a big bonus.
