Just purchased a blood pressure measuring device,used it 4x and it didn't work well. I attempted to return it 4 days after purchase and they won't accept it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible service. Waited 10 minutes to simply purchase a back support. Left before I had an opportunity to purchase. The store was not busy at the time. Also, staff were arguing in front of customers - totally unprofessional.

The Manager went above and beyond with helping my daughter Kelly, because of her cancer she required a Lymphadema pump and because of financial reasons she wouldn’t have been able to afford or use one. Wellwise Peterborough made the pump affordable and it's being used daily to help her. Braydon helped Kelly and the family get the machine and the family is so appreciative and we will pay this forward.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had no idea that this place serviced CPAP users, until I saw someone at a Shoppers Drug Mart on Chemong Road handing out info on it. He also gave me a business card for Spencer Wright, the CPAP Consultant at the Lansdowne location. I was having a bit of trouble with my CPAP so made an appointment to see Spencer - and what a joy it was to meet with someone so knowledgeable, so friendly and so darn nice. I've been back to see Spencer a couple of times, and thoroughly enjoy each visit - PLUS he gives me exactly what it is that I need at the time. Try him - you won't be disappointed!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible. I went to the store to buy a special pillow on the advice of my physiotherapist. I wandered around for 10 minutes looking for product. Finally a clerk was available to explain the products, BUT when I didn't understand she actually laughed in my face.
When someone is suffering from a head injury they may have trouble understanding ( or any one with a learning disability) and health care providers should be A LOT more patient.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was in last night to see the Svago ZGR is the recliner chair that Braydon had mentioned to me from Svago. The classic ZGR offers quality, comfort, and style. Hand-stitched vegan bonded leather, hand-carved, hand-stained solid wood base, vibration massage and heat all deepen the restorative zero gravity experience. I was amazed at this chair and can not believe how much it seemed to help me. Having Fibromyalgia it is hard to get comfortable and find relief while sitting. This chair would look great in any living space!!! As we were discussing my problems he also showed me many other things that could assist me like a roller ball that will help with my trigger points. They also have heated blankets, seats that heat & massage for the chair or car. So many things that I would not thought of to look there. I highly recommend that if you have any health concerns at all or have questions you check the store out. I also mentioned I was getting over pneumonia and still having a hard time breathing when coughing. they had a wonderful thing called Aerosure Medic. It is a drug free respiratory device for shortness of breath and mucus clearance. It was great to have something other than a puffer!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went there today to buy a cane. I had done some research on the web. The staff member was very helpful allowing me to 'test drive' the two models I was interested in. She helped me measure and adjust the cane to optimum height. She (sorry I didn't get her name) also suggested another product (no pressure) that may help my condition. Experience was very positive. Would go there again should a need arise.
