★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We attempted to order a small part for my Father-in-Law's walker. They said 2-3 weeks for it to come in. We called numerous times and got "let me check with our shipping guy" or "I will call the suppliers and see what's up" with each call ending with "I will call you to keep you updated". We never heard back from them at all! After 5 1/2 weeks we got our money back and went elsewhere.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This company sent a new wheelchair to my friend that she is stuck with for 5 years. They duck taped foam onto the arm pieces. There is a large gap between the seat and the back of the chair and the machine itself is not up to standard.
They uncompensated her concerns with a gift card.
