The first person I dealt with was Adam who delivered and set up my equipment and did not leave until I was comfortable with it. Then there was Amber, the Clinical Consultant.Thank you both.

I opted to hold off 9 months for next appointment to see if my sleep had improved 2 days prior his staff called to double check appointment on Aug 5th between 1 pm and 1:15 pm it's 1:40 pm and nothing. MAKE THE TRIP TO COBOURGH THIS GUY IS MESSING WITH LIVES. SLEEP APNIA IS SCARY AND REAL

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I visited VitalAire on three occasions in regards to a Cpap machine and my sleep apnea. This last visit I met with a nice lady who seemed very happy to help me. I think her name was Katie. She really took her time to help me with all of my questions and seeing me up with my new machine. She me make sense of the costs and how they are there to help me even after the purchase is complete. I was really on the fence about buying the machine because they are expensive and times are tough. But Katie really took her time to answer all of my concerns and made me feel very comfortable. She really went out of her way to make sure I had all the information I needed to make the right decision. Purchased the machine and am very happy I did. Thank you very much for all of the time you spent with me today and making sure this was such a positive experience for me.
