β β β β β Today I had an appointment. I had a very good experience. Very polite team and quick service. If you are parking your car at the backside of the building, make sure you lineup for Covid screening at the front entrance with your health card and copy of the requisition.

β β β β β Was there for blood work have the worst veins Kathy was the best had 2 samples in 2 hours no bruising so good don't know how to express she is so good at her job and the nicest person all staff was nice only comment is the floors were disgusting could see that it had not had a good cleaning in a long time not staffs problem should have a good cleaning service in to pull out furniture but all in all a great service ? only waited outside for less than 5 mins way more organized ?

β β β β β Had an appointment today and got in right away! Waited a bit longer inside because I had to get a specific room but the staff were friendly, professional and efficient! I think the techs name was Jane and she was an absolute delight! Thank you for your kindness and professionalism!

β β β β β Consistently a great experience. I usually walk-in for my lab work. The wait times are not very long. They have an amazing team of people working there and they explain everything and do a great job.

β β β β β Unclean. Unorganized. Cramped. And I was shocked at how patients are opening and closing the specimen fridge to deposit their urine. At least tell patients to wash afterwards if you choose to not place the samples in the fridge yourselves!

β β β β β I have an elderly Aunt living with us, she has developed a UTI, first it was a fight to get the proper people to order a test. After that was sorted out I went to the lab to drop off the sample. When I got to the Life Labs location in Peterborough there was 3 employees standing around the computer, all of them were unhappy that they had to look for the requisition form on the computer that was on the desk, they then informed me that due to the fact that my Aunts name wasn't on the sample they couldn't accept it but that I could write her name on it, which I did. Two days later we had no info, so we called and discovered that in all their wisdom, they decided not to do the test. So now my 93 year old aunt is in increasing pain and discomfort, it's now the weekend and we won't be able to get a test done till next week, so it is likely to be almost another week before we can get simple medication for her. I will NEVER use LifeLabs again ever. My frustration is massive!

β β β β β Had booked appointment at 12:45 for a blood.. test. Had to wait until 01:06. There should be no reason why it took so long since the lab was not busy. Normally this lab is pretty good at meeting
their commitments. Very disappointing this time.
Otherwise service was satifactory.
